Seeking en-suite/studio within 30 mins of Waterloo

I’m currently completing my MSc at Middlesex University and will finish my course this month. I recently completed an internship with a company based near Waterloo and am waiting to hear about an opportunity to continue working with them.

I’m looking to move from late August or early September, ideally to somewhere with a reliable door-to-door commute to Waterloo of no more than around 30 minutes.

I’m mainly looking for a furnished studio or a double bedroom with a private en-suite or own bathroom. Ideally, it would be in a modern flat or apartment above ground level. A two-bedroom flat or a quiet household with only one or two other flatmates would be perfect.

My preferred budget is around £900–£1,100 pcm, but I can consider up to £1,300 for the right studio or high-quality en-suite room, ideally including bills. I’m looking for a full-time, seven-day let, preferably for 3–12 months.

I’m clean, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I’m friendly and happy to chat or occasionally spend time together, but I also value privacy and a relaxed home environment.

As I’m transitioning from completing my course into work, my parents will financially support my rent. I can provide the necessary financial documents and references.
