Room wanted - Poppy, starting at City St George's

Hi all - posting on behalf of my daughter Poppy, who's moving to London to start at City St George's, University of London, based at the Northampton Square campus in Clerkenwell. She's ready to move now and needs to be settled in before 12th September, so I'm helping cast the net.

She's after a room in a friendly, settled house or flat share, ideally within easy reach of EC1 - or anywhere on a decent line in. Budget max £1,000 pcm including bills, and she can take a room immediately or any time before 12th September. She'd happily take a smaller room in a lovely house over a big room in a chaotic one. One thing to note: she has a mild allergy to cats & dogs.

About her: she's 18 (19 in November) and has already been living independently for the last two years while at sixth form, so she knows how to run a home - genuinely tidy, quiet, organised and very easy to live with. She grew up in Mallorca and is trilingual: English mother tongue, plus fluent Spanish and Catalan.
