Looking for a room, gay masters UCL student

Hi everyone, I’m Ilia (he/him), finishing my Master’s in Architecture at UCL and looking for a room anywhere in London from mid–late September onwards. My budget is up to £1100 including utilities. I’m happy with a single room, ideally with a desk and wardrobe, and up to 3 housemates. I can provide a guarantor and deposit.
I mostly work and study from home, so I value a calm, clean, and respectful environment. I’ve been in therapy for 5 years and take care of my mental health, so I’m pretty grounded and considerate of shared space. Not much of a partier—more into quiet evenings, but I do enjoy chatting in the kitchen over tea or wine. Bonus: I can teach you Magic: The Gathering if you’re curious.
