Newcastle Uni Postgrad Looking for Room - Sep 2026

Hi, I'm Ammad, a 25-year-old postgraduate student from Pakistan moving to Newcastle in September 2026 to start my LLM at Newcastle University.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable and furnished single or double room from around 12 September, ideally for 6–12 months.

My preferred budget is around £400–£500 PCM including bills, although I can be flexible for the right property.

Ideally, I'd like somewhere within reasonable walking or cycling distance of Newcastle University. However, I'm also happy to consider areas a little further out if there are good Metro or bus links. I'm particularly interested in the City Centre, Jesmond, Sandyford, Heaton and Fenham, but I'm open to other well-connected areas too.

I'm a non-smoker, clean, respectful and easy-going. I enjoy a friendly and sociable household, but I also value privacy, a peaceful environment and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.

I'm happy to live with either male or female housemates, and with students or professionals.
