Looking for a housemate/spare room!

I’m looking for a double en-suite flat in London, £1.3k (flexible on the budget). All bills included would be ideal but again I am flexible. :)

I am tidy person and reliable with rent. I am looking for something long term.
My ideal flat location is around Stratford, Hackney, Canary Wharf or East London but I’m relatively flexible so long as I'm living a few minutes from a station (preferably on the Jubilee or Central line) and can commute around 20 mins to uni in Stratford.

I’m quite independent and like having my own space and time, but I’d also love to live with people who are up for being friends and doing things together. I’m sociable and love going out, having people over and hosting, but I’m equally happy having a chilled night in, watching something and doing my own thing. I’d ideally like a house where everyone gets along and feels comfortable spending time together, without it feeling like you have to be social all the time.
