2 friends looking for a buddy up for a 3 bedroom.

Hi all ! My friend Lily and I are looking for a third person with whom to hunt for a 3 bedroom house. We're both queer and ideally would be looking for another queer person 🙂 ! Our vision for the house is for it to be homely, cute, a little social, but not overly so. We each like our own quiet space, but, too, enjoy a communal feeling !
I'm about to start my PhD in Gender Studies at Trinity Hall and Lily is a cartographer who works just outside the city. I'm a huge nerd for queer theory, modernism, psychoanalysis, and all things exciting. When I'm not working, I'm probably watching the L word or being a lesbian film bro on letterboxd.... In both of our free times, we enjoy various arts, crafts, and culinary based activities !! Lily is a huge real house wives head...
We are looking for someone who likes a nice balance of sociality and quietude, who doesn't smoke, and wants to make a house feel like a home !
