👋 hey! looking for a sociable homely house share

Hi! 👋 I'm Sam, 25, working as a model developer (analyst) in Westminster for nearly 3 years - I'm looking for a sociable professionals house share in central London, East End/Hackney area preferred (E1, E2, E3 & E8 but can be flexible around central London!), with budget around £1,000pcm. Flexible on move-in date, so happy to work around the right house rather than rushing in! 😃

A lil bit about me: currently living outside London and my commute is diabolical enough that Thameslink and I are due a breakup (iykyk...) - so mainly looking to reclaim my evenings and actually be part of a house, rather than just sleeping in one!

I'm a big fan of a kitchen yap, a movie night in, a good pub quiz, travelling all over (UK and even further!), walking chit-chats and karaoke if the mood strikes (always requesting a duet partner to mask my awful singing lolol). Also partial to a social run, though "social" is doing more work than "run" tbh 😬😅 Equally happy with a quiet night in - I'd just love a house where people actually hang out sometimes, not just co-exist!
