Hi everyone, I am a reliable, quiet 40-year-old looking for a self-contained studio, bedsit, or a room in a mature house-share in Huddersfield. I am aiming for a move-in date of October 8th to give my current landlord proper notice. I am moving to Huddersfield to take up a new part-time role and settle into a new community. I am ideally looking at areas like Marsh, Almondbury, or the Colne Valley outskirts as I want to be close to local shops and transport but i would consider any community in west yorkshire that fits a white british person. My rent will be securely supported by housing benefits during my employment transition. I have an excellent reference from my current landlord and my full deposit is ready in a secure scheme.
