Looking for a room

My name’s Deano. I’m looking for a room to rent for when I’m working down this way. My job takes me all over the country sometimes abroad, so I’m away from home quite a lot and, to be honest, I’d hardly be there.

I’d mainly be looking for somewhere I can park my van, receive post and use the address for my bills, with the room only being used occasionally when I’m working locally or when I come back to collect post probably just a couple of times a month.

I’m quiet, clean and respectful, and as I wouldn’t be there very often, I’d be an easy tenant.
