Looking for a home from around 10 October 🏡

What I’m looking for

* 2–6 bed flat or house
* Safe area, within 5 mins’ walk of a tube station
* My own bathroom / ensuite
* Balcony
* Spacious living room, ideally with a big L-shaped sofa that can fit around 5 people
* A warm, social home that actually feels like home
* Ideally flatmates around 18–28, guys or girls both welcome

Ideal flatmates

* Easy-going, fun and good communicators
* Clean and considerate — clean up the kitchen/table after using them, take rubbish out regularly and look after the house together
* Quick and straightforward with splitting bills / shared expenses
* Happy to cook, chill, gym, go out, travel or have pre-drinks together sometimes
* No pressure to socialise — everyone can live their own life and have their own space
* Friends coming over / hanging out / pre-drinks are completely fine as long as everyone gives the house a heads-up beforehand
* Smoking and drinking are fine, ideally smoking outside / on the balcony

Budget: ideally around £250–£400pp/pw, depending on the room and overall property. Happy to be flexible for the right place.

About me
Final-year student, born in 2004. I’m very easy-going — sometimes quiet and focused, sometimes very social and spontaneous. I’m not someone who constantly brings friends home, but I’m completely fine with flatmates having people over and I’d happily join if I’m free.

Mainly looking for a home that’s social but not chaotic, fun but clean, and respectful of everyone’s space :)
