Postdoc researcher seeking room, 14 Sept–end Dec

Hello! I'm Borui, a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bristol, and I'm looking for a room from 1st October through to the end of December.

The fixed dates are because my research contract is coming to an end and my next role will most likely take me to a different city, so I need somewhere for the autumn rather than a full year. That means you'd have a firm date for the room becoming free again, which I appreciate suits some people and not others.

About me: I work in geotechnical engineering, mostly in the lab and at my desk, so I'm out during the day and generally keep regular hours. Even after the contract, it is expected I will have plenty of the time in the office and group as a honorary member to finish and passing on the work and outcomes.

I'm quiet, tidy and a non-smoker, I don't have pets, and I cook properly and clean up after myself. Outside work I'm into running, swimming and playing football with my friends weekly. I'm also into films and a frequent cinema goer. I aslo paint watercolours and sketch, which is a quiet hobby. I'm happy sharing a kitchen and a chat, equally happy giving people their space.

On the practical side, I'm glad to pay the full term upfront if that's easier, and I can provide an employment letter from the university, payslips and references.
