Writer looking for a Room of One's Own.

Hi, I'm about to start an MA in Creative Writing at Birkbeck University in early Oct. I'm relocating from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and I need a good size furnished room with a desk pls 🙏 📝 in a peaceful but friendly house. North or Central London ideally, but flexible. I'm a mature student, a writer/artist, and I work p/t in a Heritage Museum here in Scotland. I have many interests esp art, writing, music, nature, exploring London etc. I'm up for a coffee, vino or catching a movie when I'm not studying/writing. Ensuite wd be preferable. Some kind of wee outdoor space wd be a bonus ☺ thanks
