Room for postgraduate student

Hey! I’m an incoming international postgraduate student starting the MSc in Urban Studies at the University of Manchester, and I’m looking for a room starting in 19th of September. I have a healthy budget, so I’m prioritizing a great, comfortable spot ideally close to the university or well-connected to campus. I’m completely open to living with any kind of roommates, and I consider myself clean, super organized, and responsible with shared spaces. I also don't smoke and have no pets.
