Responsible Professional, Seeking Accommodation

I am moving to Edinburgh to take up a position in an ESOL school after a very long absence abroad in Spain and Greece. I would like to share a flat, at least at the beginning of my time in the city. I am looking for either a single or a double room and would ideally like to live with calm, responsible flatmates. I do my best to be helpful to everybody and have no problems with following a rota of household chores. In fact, something clearly defined like that helps me out very much, since it removes miscommunication! In addition to working in the school I work in as a carer and online. My hobbies include reading and playing Celtic music.
