Looking for a Female Roommate | London 🏠

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to rent a place together in London from 28th August.

I’m 25, studied Interior Architecture & Design and recently completed my Master’s. I’m now working full-time as an Operations & Design Manager. I’m pretty easy-going and respectful of personal space, and I’d love to find someone who is clean, considerate and easy to live with.

I’ve found a few properties that I’m interested in, ideally something with two bedrooms, both with private en-suites, and a shared living room and kitchen. I’m looking for a maximum of two occupants total, so it would just be me and one other female, no couples or additional housemates.

A little about what I’m looking for in a roommate:

* Female preferred
* Respectful of personal space and privacy
* Clean and considerate in shared areas (I’m not a clean freak, but I don’t want dishes sitting around for hours either!)
* Non-smoker, especially no smoking inside the property
* No dogs. Cats could potentially be discussed.
* No regular male occupants/partners or boyfriends staying over. Family visits are absolutely fine and can be discussed between us.
* Someone who is generally considerate and easy to live with

I also don’t eat pork, so if we’re sharing a kitchen, I’d prefer us to keep our own utensils/cooking equipment and generally respect each other’s food and belongings. I’m not expecting someone else to follow my diet, I’d just like us to have our own things and keep the kitchen hygienic.

I work around London King’s Cross, so ideally I’m looking for somewhere within easy walking distance of a Tube/Underground station. It doesn’t necessarily have to be central, I’m happy to live further out as long as I can get to King’s Cross with one straightforward journey.

I’m initially looking for somewhere for 6 months, although I’d be open to staying longer if everything works well.
