As I have a new job in Banbury, I am looking for a room to rent in Banbury and/ or areas where the commute by car is no longer then 40 minutes.
My preference is for a house share that is mixed or women only, where the flat mates are friendly and sociable but also enjoy their own space and quiet too. Good cleanliness is also key. Property rules wise, I am looking for a place where guests are allowed as I would like my friend to be able to visit/ stay over night from time to time (as in like once a month).
I am friendly and respectful. I honestly want to get along with all my flat mates and live in a peaceful environment.
