Looking for a room/flatmates to rent with

Hi I'm a recent grad who just got a job in Belfast.
I'm looking for any accommodation near-ish a train station, like Lisburn Road, Malone, Eastside etc...
Ideally I'd like to move in towards the End of September/Start of October, but have some flexibility.

I'm well used to sharing as did so throughout uni, and am tidy and quiet when desired - but very much up for socialising too. Able to provide references/proof of income. My budget is up to £650/month, but would prefer £500-600.

I'm interested in running, indie music, reading and cooking.
