Room with En-suite or Private Bathroom required

Hello. I'm Joe, a 37 year-old Project Manager, looking for a comfortable house share with fellow Professionals. The room doesn't need to be an en-suite, but it would need to have it's own private bathroom.

Whilst I have been living by myself for the past few years, I have lived in a Professional House Share previously - something I really enjoyed and would like to experience again. I'm well-versed in keeping a clean, tidy home and being respectful of shared spaces.

I work full-time on a hybrid schedule (Monday to Friday). Outside of work, my main focus at the moment is exploring my creative side through writing, alongside reading, going to the gym and listening to music.

I'm a sociable guy who appreciates a good quality chat over a coffee in the kitchen or going for a pint and always up for making new friends 😊 but equally enjoy having my own downtime like we all do.

What I'm Looking For

Location: ideally somewhere in Salford, near #38 Bee Network bus route, but open to surrounding areas with good transport links.

Room Type: Double room with an en-suite in a professional HMO.

Budget: up to £800 pcm (all bills included).

Move in date: flexible
