Two Writers Looking for a Home

Hello! Me and my close friend are looking for two rooms in a flat share somewhere relatively central. I work near Waverly so ideally an easy travel to the station.

I'm a full time bartender and my friend works remote for his family currently but hoping to find a job in Edinburgh after securing housing! We are able to provide a guarantor, at least for my friend. My budget is around >700 but my friend is a bit more flexible.

We are very chill and quiet people. We like gaming (board games and video games) When I'm not bartending I am writing or reading. I prefer a lot of alone time but I'm very friendly and enjoy the occasional flat dinner together as like cooking. I visit my family in America about twice a year as well. My friend is a hobby runner but I prefer walks :)
