Seeking accommodation - 800£ incl bills

I’m a working professional looking for a studio or ensuite room in a shared accommodation, ideally in a clean, quiet and friendly home with good transport links. As I’ll be working remotely at times, I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment that is suitable for working from home.

I’m friendly, clean, responsible and respectful of other people’s space and routines. I like keeping shared areas clean and tidy, and I’m mindful of noise and privacy.

Ideally, I’d like to live with friendly and like-minded people who I can get along with and hopefully become friends with, rather than simply being housemates. I’m looking for a comfortable, welcoming and relaxed home where everyone is respectful and considerate of each other.

Please note: I’m not looking for a family-shared household or a strictly/pure vegetarian household.
