Looking to share a flat in 2/3 bedroom apartment

Hi, I'm moving to the area for a new job in Cheadle and I'm looking for a room in a modern 2 or 3 bedroom flat share.
Ideally somewhere in Manchester city centre (Piccadilly/Northern Quarter area) or anywhere in Greater Manchester with an easy commute to Cheadle — so south Manchester, Stockport, Didsbury, Chorlton, Cheadle Hulme, or Heald Green would all work well too.
I'd love a modern, well-maintained apartment-style building (things like a lift, secure entry, communal areas etc. are a big plus) with easy access to public transport or a short drive to Cheadle.
I'm clean, tidy, respectful of shared space, and easy to get on with. Happy to chat and meet up before deciding. Looking to move in ASAP / [insert your target move-in date].
Budget: £500-650 pcm, bills [included preference]
