Looking for self contained studio/flat

Hi. I'm Eddie and I'm looking to move in to a FULLY SELF-CONTAINED studio or flat in England. NO SHARES with any other people. Most areas considered as I will source work locally.

NOTE: I am NOT looking for a room in a multi-tenancy property or any type of "flatshare"
(i. e. I will live alone in the entire property).

As I'm currently unemployed I happily offer to pay a landlord 6 months advance rental payment for better peace of mind. I can show evidence of savings also.
