Looking for a houseshare

I'm 18 years old and male. I don't smoke cigarettes/vape, I'm single and won't have any women over, I don't do drugs/don't smoke weed, I don't have pets, I don't have a criminal record and I'm tidy. I don't have a guarantor but can pay a larger deposit if you'd like. I'm not a student but my goal is to work in a trade eventually. I do currently have a job and a decent income from working at a shop and will be able to pay rent on time. I'll also immediately look for another job in the area in advance if I do secure a tenancy, but if that takes some time, I do have enough savings to live on.

I'm looking for under 500 a month including the essential bills. I'm not asking for an en-suite or anything, as long as there's a shared kitchen and shared bathroom available alongside a bedroom for myself (I'm not picky about the size at all).

Area wise, I'm open to anywhere in England except South England/London, Manchester, as well as anywhere outside Yorkshire (where I currently reside/was brought up in). I'd be looking for somewhere from early February 2027.

I'm not picky about whether a roommate or live-in landlord smokes, drinks from time to time, has partners over (if you're not loud) or has pets. Just no drugs and please be polite. I'm not judgemental about what job you have or your age as long as you're 18+ and under 60. I don't mind living with men or women.

(Note, I don't eat pork but again I'm not judgemental and won't mind if someone I live with does, that's perfectly fine).
