My name is Katie, I’m 29 and a working professional living in Exeter. I’m currently looking for a room to rent where I can come and unwind after work. I’ve just got a new job working down in the quay area and I would love to be able to commute there which should be easy enough to do. I’m quiet and respectful, I do my fair share of house chores to keep everything nice for the next person to use ☺️. I love yoga, running, spin classes, reading, cooking and eating out occasionally. I also enjoy nature and being outdoors, I currently volunteer for a mental health charity every Wednesday which I very much enjoy. I don’t drink alcohol at all or smoke. So in short, I’m just looking for a nice peaceful place to recharge and unwind 🌻
I’m looking for house mates who I can be friends with but who are also respectful of things such as quiet time after 10pm as we all need a good sleep. I’m excited to meet some new people and sort out the next place I will live 🌻
My current room rent budget is £680 but for the perfect room, I’m sure we could sort something out ✨
