Friendly professional Aussie looking for nice room

Hi! I'm a 29yo Australian professional who's just moved back to London and looking for a lovely new place to call home from early September (asap).

I'm friendly, clean, considerate and easy going, and ideally looking to live with other professionals who are similarly respectful and relaxed. I enjoy being social with the people I live with - having a chat, sharing the occasional dinner or glass of wine, or hanging out watching something together - but I also really value everyone's own space and independence.

In my day job, I work in event coordinating and project management. Outside of that, I'm a musician and songwriter, and I'm really into fitness/wellbeing, travelling, good food and coffee, films, gaming, art and museums, and exploring London. I'm generally pretty active and like having a peaceful, comfy home to come back to.

I'd particularly love a female household or flatmates around a similar age, although I'm very open to living with the right male flatmate too. For me it's more about finding a safe and friendly home where everyone gets along.

I'm looking for somewhere furnished, clean and well looked after, ideally with good transport connections. An en-suite would be a big plus, and I'd love some outdoor space such as a garden, balcony or terrace, but I'm flexible for the right home.

I'm available to move from 7 September and am primarily looking for something short to medium term over the coming months, with flexibility to stay longer if it's a great fit.
