32yo Professional seeking room near Lark Lane

Hi, I'm Simon. I'm a 32 year old Linux Infrastructure Engineer looking for a room to rent or a friendly house share within walking distance of Sefton Park and Lark Lane.

For work, I commute up towards Preston, so easy access to the motorway is essential for me. Because I drive daily, I also need a place with a dedicated parking space or, at the very least, reliable and easy on-street parking.

As a housemate, I’m reliable, respectful, and reasonably quiet. I’m a professional who pays bills on time, cleans up after myself, and generally doesn't make a fuss.

During the week, I keep a pretty active routine. I run quite a bit (currently training for my first marathon next year) and train at the gym, so I'm often out and about. While I'm independent and have my own life going on, I'm always happy to have a chat in the kitchen, share a coffee, or grab a pint at the pub.
