College student seeking room

Hiii im just looking for a single room to rent out at a reasonable price. It could literally be a closet in your basement as long as I have access to a kitchen and a bathroom.
I’m in college for two days a week, and I have a job. I’d be willing to pay rent two months into advance upon moving in; to establish good faith.
I don’t own a lot of things, I’m quiet, and I’ll gladly pick up any household chores. I’m currently studying law. I’d need a place to stay for a year or so.
If possible I’d prefer a female only living scenario.
I’d gladly meet up at a coffee shop or something first if you wanted an introduction.
