Routine: I’m in my early 30s. My university is based in Cambridge, I spend 2 days a week at my NHS placement, and the rest of the time working on my dissertation.

Lifestyle: Non-smoker, no pets. I’m very tidy, considerate, and value a peaceful environment to rest after busy placement and study days.

Background: Settled status in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check.

Move-in date: Flexible, ideally in September
Budget: £800 – £1,100 / month (pcm) including bills
