24M young professional looking for SW house

Hi, I’m Tom, 24, and I’m looking for a double room in South London from late September. I’m starting a graduate job working in energy and ideally looking around Clapham, Balham, Tooting, Brixton, Stockwell or nearby, with a budget of around £1150 pcm including bills. Close to transport links to the city is important.

I’m pretty sociable and would ideally like to live with people around a similar age who want the house to feel like a home rather than everyone doing their own thing. Always up for heading to the pub, watching sport/TV together, cooking or doing things at the weekend, but equally happy doing my own thing too.

Outside of work I play a lot of tennis, go to the gym and like getting outdoors. I’m clean, tidy and easy-going, and I’ve lived in shared houses throughout uni so I’m very used to living with other people.

I’m also open to buddying up with 1–2 people and finding a place together if anyone is in a similar position.
