Exchange Student Looking for a Home

Hello future flatmate,

I am an exchange student from Germany looking for a place to stay during my semester at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Ideally, I am looking for a furnished room with bills included from September 14th until January 31st but I am flexible.

Having lived in shared apartments for the past four years, I would describe myself as a calm and tidy person. Shared living is something I really enjoy, as it allows everyone to do their own thing while also having great conversations and occasionally doing something together.

In my free time, reading, bouldering, swimming, and backpacking are some of my favourite activities. I also enjoy trying out new things and discovering new places.

I am currently doing my Master’s in Engineering Design and will be spending this semester abroad before writing my thesis. German is my native language, while English is already part of my everyday life, as one of my flatmates in Germany is an international student herself.

I will be arriving in Cardiff on September 7th and would love to get to know you then. Hopefully I will find a lovely shared home for my time here with you!
