Looking for a room or buddy up!

Hi folks,

I'm Matt, a 30 year old professional moving to Edi from the Cairngorms this September. I am ideally looking for somewhere around EH3 to EH8, but would also consider southside of the city.

From Cumbria originally, but have lived in the Highlands for 12 years, with a 7 month hiatus in Japan in the middle. I'm easy going, respectful of others, clean and tidy. I'm not a massive extrovert and generally keep myself to myself, but do like being social with flatmates. Very happy conversating in the flat and getting to know one another.

I'm an outdoors sorta fella, enjoying climbing, hill running and gravel cycling. Reading, random dog petting, pub quizzes, some quiet pints and a gig are also things I like.

I'll be working as a Postie for 6 months, and have a solid credit score, never having issues paying rent or bills on time.
