KCL tutor seeks en-suite double, can pay upfront

Hi! I'm Jiawen, 25, starting work at King's College London (Strand campus) as a teaching assistant in late September, looking for a room from around late September for 6+ months.

What I'm looking for:
- Double room with private/en-suite bathroom. A clean, well-kept home matters most to me. Ideally a room with its own bathroom or WC — otherwise a house where the bathroom is shared with no more than one or two others (a regular cleaner is a real plus). Space for a desk needed.
- Up to £1,100 pcm with bills included
-Along the District, Elizabeth or DLR lines — ideally within 30–40 minutes of Temple: Whitechapel, Stepney Green, Mile End/Bow, Limehouse/Docklands, Plaistow, East Ham, Stratford/Maryland, Forest Gate

About me: quiet, tidy, non-smoker, no pets, not a party person — out at work most weekdays. I recently completed my Master's at KCL. As my teaching income is term-time based, I'm happy to pay 3 months' rent upfront on signing, and I can share my right-to-rent code and KCL documents straight away.
