25yo Japanese looking for a clean room🏠✨

Hi! I’m a 25-year-old Japanese professional moving to London on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa, and I’m currently looking for a room from 12 September onwards.

I previously worked as an IT professional in Japan and am currently looking for work in London. I also have several years of experience working for Starbucks Japan, including experience as a Shift Supervisor.

I’m friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going. I’m a non-smoker and I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I’m happy to have a chat or spend some time together with flatmates, while also respecting everyone’s personal space.

I’m looking for a clean, well-maintained and quiet home with a friendly household. Ideally, I’d like to live in a safe and convenient area in Zone 2–3, with good transport links and supermarkets and other everyday amenities nearby.

My budget is up to £800 pcm, preferably with bills included. I’m open-minded about the length of the tenancy and would be happy to discuss this depending on the property and household.

I’m respectful of shared spaces and considerate of the people I live with, and I’m looking for a home where everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed.

I’m also happy to live with pets.
