Looking for room before Oct 5th

Hi! I'm moving to Manchester for work and looking for a double room in a house or flat share of max 4 people total, ideally in Chorlton, West Didsbury, Didsbury, or Withington (open to similar nearby areas).

A bit about me: male, professional, starting a new job in the city, working from home 2 days a week so I need a room with enough space for a proper desk setup. I'm a social person — I love a chat in the kitchen, cooking, and staying active — into hiking, running, and the gym. Always up for exploring the area or joining others on a run/hike if that's your thing too!

Budget: up to £750/month, all bills included.
Move-in: before 1st October.

Happy to live with a mixed household — just looking for a friendly, easy-going place where people are around and sociable without being full-on. Tidy, respectful, and easy to live with myself.
