Professional Woman Seeking Studio/En-suite

Hello, I’m a professional woman working as a Senior IT Engineer in Westminster. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable studio or spacious en-suite room, available from 3 October.

I’m clean, quiet and respectful, and I’m a non-smoker. I work from home around two days a week, so I would prefer good Wi-Fi and enough space for at least a small desk.

My preferences are:

• Double or king-size bed
• Good storage space
• Private balcony or direct access to a garden, if possible
• Good transport links to Westminster, with a station nearby and a maximum commute of around 30 minutes
• Washing machine
• Reliable heating and hot water
• Bills included
• A quiet, safe and well-maintained home

For an en-suite room, I would prefer to share with clean and respectful professionals. I’m looking for a genuine long-term home and can provide references.
