As a tenant, I am highly responsible, respectful of property, and financially secure. I don't smoke, don't have pets, and prefer a calm home to relax in after work. I can provide excellent references from my previous landlord.
I consider myself a friendly sociable person. Outdoor activities for example tennis and hiking interest me. I enjoy reading and learning. I am active in free time as well as work. I am interested in personal development and meeting new people.
I am able to move in after the 12th of September 2026.
