Hi, I'm a 27-year-old full-time Maintenance Operative/Plumber working for CareTech, and I'm looking to relocate to North Wales for work.
I'm looking for a long-term room/accommodation, ideally for around 3 years, with a move-in date around late October/early November 2026.
I'm mainly interested in Bangor, Menai Bridge, Conwy, Llandudno, Llanfairfechan and surrounding areas, and I'm happy to consider somewhere within around 15 miles of Bangor.
Budget: up to £550 pcm, preferably with bills included.
Parking is important as I have a work van, although I'm happy to consider properties with suitable nearby on-street parking.
I'm clean, tidy, quiet and respectful, and I'm in stable full-time employment. I have never lived in a professional house share before but I'm very easy-going and happy to respect house rules.
My partner is studying at Bangor University and has her own accommodation, so she would not be moving in with me, although I'd ideally like somewhere where she can occasionally stay over.
I can provide proof of employment/income, references and any other information required.
