Looking for a room in Hereford

Hi there!

I'm Sam, an outgoing, sociable and conscientious flatmate, with plenty of experience of shared living.

I'm looking for a room that's within walking distance of Hereford station, with a place to store a bike. I'll be new to the area so looking to build some community.

For me, an ideal flatshare is one where everyone has their own space, but is more than just several people living together with separate lives. I love moments together such as a meal or game. A shared spice cupboard is always a plus!

My job will be remote with regular travel around Herefordshire, so I'd generally be spending the working day at home, so a desk and chair (or space for them) are a must.

Keeping shared spaces tidy is important to me, and I am a fan of making a housework rota. I like to have a friend or two visit from time to time, and am naturally very easygoing with respect to my flatmates' guests too.

I'm vegan, so veggie or low-meat flatmates is a plus but definitely not essential!
