Looking for a double room - Love animals

I am a neat and tidy conscientious person looking for a double room (bills included) with an amiable host in and around Brighton. I work between North London (staying locally) and Woodingdean so will be away part of the week and out of the house during office hours. I have a car so easy parking would be ideal. I love animals and nature along with arty, sociable hobbies and film & literature. I do have a few pieces of furniture along with personal possessions so will be renting a storage unit for the time being but I would like to bring some of my things with me.
