🏠 Flat/Room Wanted in Zone 2–4 | Move-in 3 Oct

I’m moving to London for work and am looking for a suitable room and like-minded flatmates, ideally from 3 October onwards.

👩🏻 About me

- From Hong Kong 🇭🇰, relocating from Germany 🇩🇪 to London 🇬🇧 for work
- Working professional with a stable income and happy to provide proof of employment
- Non-smoker, no pets
- Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
- Easy-going and respectful of other people’s privacy
- I enjoy having a meal or a casual chat with flatmates from time to time, but I also value having my own space

🏡 What I’m looking for

- Move-in: From 3 October
- Budget: Around £1,200/month max, bills included (council tax, utilities and internet)
- Location: London Zone 2–4, preferably in a safe area with convenient access to Tube or other public transport
- Fully furnished, En-suite preferred
- Good natural light
- Quiet and peaceful home environment

🌙 Most importantly: I’m looking for a home rather than a party flat. I’m completely fine with occasional socialising, but I’d prefer no late-night parties or loud noise, especially around midnight.

I’m happy to do an online viewing before moving in.
