Visiting grad student looking for short-term room

I’m a Canadian grad student in my 20s visiting London for a short bit to finish writing my thesis and explore the post-grad job market.

Dates & Budget:
My overall window in London is Sept 19th to Oct 30th.

I am completely open to taking a 5 to 6-week contract for that entire block. However, my schedule is quite flexible so I'm open to shorter, weekly sublets!

If you only have a room available for a specific subset of those dates (for example: Sept 19–27, Oct 1–14, or Oct 24–30), I would still love to chat.

Budget: Around £750/month or £200/week pro-rata (bills included).

About me as a flatmate:
I’ve lived in student co-ops and communal housing, so I’m very used to shared living: keeping communal spaces clean, doing my share of chores, and respecting quiet hours. I’m low-maintenance, reliable, and won't be bringing the party home.

Outside of writing, I spend my time doing rock climbing, acroyoga, social dancing (Salsa/Zouk), and shooting 35mm film. I’m always happy to share an occasional meal or coffee with flatmates, but I also have my own routine and love having a quiet space to recharge.
