Friendly working professional looking for a room

Hi, I'm Ben, 33, and I'm looking for a comfortable double room in a friendly, relaxed house.

I work full-time and have a pretty settled routine. I'm usually working during the day, train regularly at the gym, and I'm clean, tidy and respectful of other people's space.

I'm friendly and sociable and would be very happy living somewhere where people can have a chat and get along, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing and appreciate everyone having their own space.

I'm looking for somewhere that feels comfortable and settled rather than just somewhere to sleep. Parking or easy nearby parking would be ideal as I drive to work.

I'm currently working in Newmarket, although my work location may change in the coming months, so I'm fairly flexible around the Newmarket, Soham and Ely areas and surrounding villages.

I'm looking to move towards the end of September and would be very happy to arrange a call or come and view the room beforehand.
