Looking for room to stay in for a year near Widnes

I am on a professional placement next year starting on 28/09/26 until 24/09/27 and am looking for a place to rent out. I am looking for a shared house with a rough budget of £550 a month for 12 months ideally including a living room and free parking in the local area as I will be commuting daily to work. I would be looking to move in between the dates of 24-28th of September. If any properties meet this criteria I would be interested in viewing the property as soon as possible. Thanks :)
