22yo F PG student looking for room in Durham City

Hi! I'm Felicity, 22, and I'm moving to Durham to start my LLM at Durham University this September.

I'm looking for a room in Durham City, ideally within a reasonable distance of the university. I'm hoping to move in around late September with a budget of £400 - £500 pcm, with bills included.

I'm friendly, clean and considerate, looking for a house share. I love reading, watching films and cosy nights in, but I would be happy to chat and grab coffee with housemates!

I'm a non-smoker and don't drink.

I'll be studying full time! And would appreciate a place where guests are welcome, as I have a partner who may visit roughly once a month.
