Doctor looking for a room near langford center

Hi, I am 29 year old a doctor currently based in Newcastle upon tyne with my partner. I have got a job in the langford center, a privately owned mental health hospital and would be starting from the end of September. So I have to move to bexhill on sea. I am looking for a furnished shared living space with basic household amenities and bills included.
A little about me: I usually stay busy with my work and studies. I like keeping my space and where I live very clean and tidy. I am very respectful to everyone around me and I respect other people's personal space and boundaries. I don't own pets but I love them. I don't smoke or drink but I don't mind anyone who does. Even tho I usually stay busy I still like having nice chats and making new friends. I also like to cook every now and then.
