Warm, creative professional seeking W. London flat

Hi! I'm relocating from Los Angeles and looking for a warm, easygoing home in West London for the next year — Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Battersea, Holland Park, or Notting Hill are top picks, though I'm flexible if the right place comes up elsewhere.

I work in strategy and keep up an active art practice, splitting my time between a part-time professional role and grad school, with regular gym sessions thrown in — so on a typical week I'm out and about. I love meeting new people, exploring new places, and learning new things. When I am home, I'm just as happy sharing a glass of wine and conversation or meals with friends as I am having a quiet night to myself. I cook, nothing fancy, but I try to eat healthy (I am from LA after all ;), and I keep things tidy.

What I'm after is a calmer, considerate household — ideally one or two flatmates — with people who are kind, easy to get along with, and respectful of shared space. I'm a non-smoker, genuinely fine with pets. Open to a shared bathroom, but an ensuite and furnished room would be ideal.
