Recent Graduate looking for a Studio or Room

Hiya!! I'm Jay, He/Him, I'm a writer and performer and I'll be moving to canterbury very soon in response to a job offer. I would love to find either a one bedroom place/studio, a small houseshare, or friendly housemtes to look for a place together. I'm a tidy and respectful tenant and housemate, I've previosuly rented out the same place for three years straight and have had nothing but compliments from my old landlords and housemates.

I do bake, not too often, but every now and then there may be free baked goods on the counter for the price of me occupying the kitchen.
