43 Working Male Looking for Quiet Room Fazakerley

Hi, I’m 43 and work full-time. I’m looking for a room in or around Fazakerley for around 3–6 months.

I’m a pretty easy-going, friendly guy. I’m sociable and don’t mind having a chat, but I do like my own space and quiet time as well. I’m ideally looking for a quiet, relaxed house rather than somewhere that’s constantly busy or has lots of parties.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of other people and their space. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink and I don’t have any pets.

I’m just looking for somewhere comfortable where I can settle in for a few months, get on with work and have a bit of peace and quiet. I’m reliable with rent and bills and would be happy to have a chat with anyone who thinks I might be a good fit.
