Recently retired gentleman seeking a quiet, well-maintained place to live on a long-term basis in or around Aylesbury and the surrounding villages.
I am looking for somewhere peaceful and respectable rather than a typical busy house share. I would ideally like a self-contained annexe, studio or similar accommodation, but I am also open to a suitable room with private bathroom and shared kitchen if the arrangement and household are right.
I have a guaranteed pension income, substantial personal assets, funds available for the deposit and initial rent, and can potentially provide a guarantor if required.
I am a quiet, considerate and reliable person, and I am looking for somewhere I can treat as my home rather than simply somewhere to stay.
Areas considered include Aylesbury, Haddenham, Thame and the surrounding villages, although I am flexible for the right accommodation.
My circumstances mean that I am looking to move very shortly, so I would be grateful to hear from anyone with suitable accommodation available now or becoming available soon.
