Hi! I’m Neil, 51, a gay professional working in central London near St James’s Park.

I’m looking for a comfortable double room in a friendly, relaxed LGBT+ friendly home, ideally sharing with just one other person (two at most).

I’m sociable and friendly and would love to live somewhere where people can have a chat, share a glass of wine or occasionally eat together, rather than simply being strangers who pass in the hallway — but I’m equally respectful of people’s privacy and downtime and have my own life too.

I work in central London and commute into the office during the week - normally 3 days in office and 2 from home, so I’m particularly interested in areas with good connections towards Charing Cross, Victoria or London Bridge, although I’m fairly flexible for the right home.

I’m looking for somewhere that feels like an actual home rather than a large HMO: clean, comfortable and relaxed, ideally with a shared living room.

My budget is ideally up to £1,400 per month central/Greater London and 1100 for outside London including bills, and I’m looking for somewhere I can settle rather than just a very short-term stopgap.
